  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Whether you are asking for yourself or someone else, and your message to us
  • On the application: date of birth, height, weight, current medications and substances, medical conditions and mental health history

Some of this is health information. We treat it as confidential and use it only to assess whether treatment is safe and suitable for you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and how you arrived at the site. Some of this is collected through cookies (see below).

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:

  • With our medical team and staff involved in your screening and care
  • With service providers who run parts of our business for us, such as HubSpot (forms and contact management), Google Analytics (website statistics) and our website host. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
  • When required by law, or to protect the safety of a guest, our staff or others

Cookies

Our website and forms use cookies and similar technologies, including cookies set by HubSpot and Google Analytics, to remember your browser, measure visits and understand how people use the site, and to connect form submissions to your earlier activity on the site. Google Analytics reports are aggregated, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some forms may not work correctly if you do.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period required for medical records or by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and we limit access to health information to the people who need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive medical details by regular email when a form or phone call is available.

Under Mexican data protection law these are known as ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition). Residents of some US states, including California, have similar rights. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity first.

You can stop receiving marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.
